ASCO employees attended the “Incident/Accident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis” training
20 employees of Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company (ASCO) took part in “Incident/Accident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis” training.
The main goal of the two-day training is to improve and develop the knowledge and skills of authorized persons involved in incident investigation.
During the course, participants became familiar with legal and international standards in the investigation and analysis of the root causes of incidents. In addition, the participants were presented with the requirements of local legislation, methods of reporting and registration of incidents, which are used in the investigation of incidents.
The training participants were awarded certificates.
It should be noted that the “Incident/Accident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis” training is approved by the International Institute for Risk and Safety Management in the United Kingdom.
