Meeting with Braemar Company representatives was held at ASCO
ASCO Management Board Chairman Rauf Valiyev and Braemar's Executive Director James Gundy, accompanied by the company's ship broker Dan Willmott and analysis manager Henry Curra held a meeting.
During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the current state of the international cargo transportation market, including tanker and dry cargo transportation. Discussions also covered shipbuilding, as well as the acquisition and sale of vessels in the secondary market.
The parties also discussed joint initiatives aimed at achieving sustainable development and explored potential avenues for cooperation across various sectors.
Following the meeting, the guests toured ASCO's “Surakhani” ship-museum. Accompanied by guides, they explored museum’s exhibition halls and viewed exhibits related to the history of shipping in Azerbaijan and around the world.
