Chairman of ASCO Rauf Veliyev met with young sailors in an informal format
Care and attention to young people, their career promotion are one of the main activities of ASCO. Training of young talents, studying at leading naval universities in foreign countries, and stimulation of students at the ADDA are at the forefront of the leadership of the Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company (ASCO).
The meeting of the Chairman of ASCO Rauf Veliyev with young employees and future sailors working in different company structures in a sincere atmosphere at the breakfast was one of those activities that served this beautiful mission.
Rauf Valiyev spoke about the attention and care shown by National Leader Heydar Aliyev to the young people and the conditions created by President Ilham Aliyev for youth to develop their skills and abilities in the country. He noted that, as in all spheres, President Ilham Aliyev always attaches special attention to the improvement of the quality of life of the sailors, gives regular assignments and supports the initiatives aimed at the development of the maritime sector.
The chairman gave detailed information on the projects implemented at ASCO for the training of young sailor specialists. He added that talented and promising young people are always able to find a place at ASCO .
Rauf Valiyev also gave advice to the youth. He said that everyone should work harder, act more honestly, and be devoted to success.
At the meeting held in informal format, the young talents were given a chance to ask questions. The questions are mainly related to the ASCO staff policy, the organization of teaching and production practices, the solution of social problems, fleet renewal, student employment and so on. All questions were answered by the ASCO leadership in detail. It was noted that meetings in this format will be organized in the future.
