A presentation on the preparation for the recruitment contest was held for ADDA students
A presentation was made by the Human Resources Management Department of the Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company (ASCO) for preparation for the recruitment contest for 4th year students of the Azerbaijan State Maritime Academy.
Roza Badalova, Youth Affairs Coordinator of the Human Resources Management Department (HRMD) and Yegana Nasibova, lead specialist on recruitment gave detailed information to students on recruitment at ASCO. It was stated that the personnel policy of ASCO is carried out based on the principle of hiring a right person to the appropriate position at a right time.
During the presentation, students were taught how to fill out a successful CV. It was noted that one of the most important stages for recruitment is the preparation of CV’s. So, CV is a tool that will give an employer an initial idea about you. Therefore, if you want to be employed, it is important to prepare and send a carefully designed and noticeable CV.
At the end, an exemplary recruitment contest was held among the ADDA students.
