Interview of ordinary personnel for recruitment to ASCO has been held
An interview stage was held for the recruitment of ordinary personnel at the Navy fleet of the CJSC “Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company” (ASCO).
This stage was attended by candidates who were successful in the test exams held on April 3- 4 to check their theoretical knowledge. During the interview, specialists of the ASCO’s Marine Fleet and Maritime Navigation Safety Department, Fleet Technical Maintenance Service, Occupational Safety and Environmental Department examined the knowledge and skills of the candidates on occupational safety norms, world view, crisis management and decision-making skills.
The interview was attended by the staff of the Department of Law, Audit and Human Resources.
It is worth emphasizing that pursuant to ASCO’s human resource management guidelines, the successful applicants who passed the test exams and interview will be offered a job in line with their needs or added to the database of reserve personnel.
