During operations, the ASCO takes necessary preventive measures within its own capabilities. According to the results of the first three months of 2022, 21.014 m³ of plastic, 165.011 m³ of food waste, 118.364 m³ of household waste (rags, paper-cardboard, glass, metal and other waste), 24.92 m³ of operational waste, 109 m3 of oil residues, 1237 m³ of bilge water, 22073.7 m³ of wastewater generated at ASCO territories, were disposed, on the basis of an agreement, to experienced professionals and certified institutions with technical resources. During this period, 102.4 m³ of oil sludge formed at the bottom of the tanks, 4.2 tons of burnt mold sand, 418.16 tons of abrasive (a mixture of rust, paint, gravel and sand removed from the ship’s hull), 19131.66 tons of wastewater, 105 tons of bilge oil-containing water, 38.34 of lubricating oil, 783.03 m³ of household waste (paper and cardboard, wood, rags, glass, metal, bottles, etc.), 264.82 m³ of food waste, 143.85 m³ of polymer and plastic waste, 26.05 m³ of oily and oil-containing waste, 38.25 m³ of various rubber waste, 27 batteries and galvanic cells, 123.8 m³ of operational waste, 8.71 m³ of electronic waste, 0.203 m³ of medical waste generated at coastline structures of ASCO were disposed of in a similar way. ASCO has also disposed 25.95 m³ of objects of various sizes collected during the indicated period from the surface of the waters of the National Seaside Park and the area of coastal activities of the Company. In the first six months of this year, in general, 0.473 tons of paper, 0.128 tons of plastic, 4042.219 tons of ferrous scrap metal and 2.367 tons of non-ferrous metal were sent to recycling.
