Matin Eynullayev
He was born on March 22, 1975 in Baku. In 1992, he entered the law faculty of Baku State University, and in 1997, graduated with honors from the same university with a degree in jurisprudence.
He held various positions, including an Advisor in a private law firm, a Senior Lawyer at the Fund for Social Protection of Disabled People under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, a Senior Advisor in the corporate governance sector of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as a Head of a Sector, a Deputy Head of a Department, and a Head of a Department in the State Department of Historical and Architectural Reserve of "Icheri Sheher" under the Cabinet of Ministers.
In 2013-2016, he held the positions of Deputy Chief of Staff and Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
By the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated June 22, 2015, he was awarded the medal "For Distinction in Public Service". He is a junior civil service advisor.
By the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated January 11, 2017, he was appointed to the position of Deputy Minister of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
By the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated January 17, 2018, he was appointed as a Deputy Minister of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
By the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 27, 2018, he was awarded the special title of the 3rd degree State Tax Service Advisor.
On May 13, 2020, he was appointed as a Deputy Head of the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Before being appointed as a head of the State Service for Property Issues, was temporarily in charge of this position.
By the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated August 19, 2020, he was appointed as a Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Azerbaijan Investment Holding.
By the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated May 6, 2021, he was appointed to the position of a Head of the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
He is married and has 2 children.
